Because the reverse split was not approved 17 months ago - it was approved last August. Suggest you go to the otc filings to review what was filed and when. Pay special attention to the 14c and 8k. This should provide clarification.

Ps. Bigger question is why hasn’t Snpw updated shareholders on the status of the reverse. Instead shareholders continue to debate this issue due to the absence of an update from the company.
