I think it is a great selling point that you don't have majority control. Many of us are not used to that.

I just want to say one thing. You can't keep moving shares around after you start filing. Because if your holdings go down from one 10-K to the next, most people will conclude that you sold them. They can never figure out that you gave them away. So that's bad.
