My major selling point is that RJ Reynolds is also suing PM for patent infringement on a vape component that's entirely separate than Healthier Choices patent. Tells me that PM has a history of this & more than likely guilty as SHIT! Also HCMC has a ridiculous amount of top tier lawyers on deck with Cozen O'Connor representing them on the 28th.
