No financing deals (no SEC filings saying any financing deals), so SurgePays Inc is dilution-selling on the open Market to directly generate cash to fund SurgePays Inc Operations.

SEC filed 10-K and 10-Q:
"At the current level of operations, the Company has to borrow funds to meet basic operating costs."
