Germany didn't have the internet, wiki and a bajillion websites with everything far right to far left and in-between data so the brainwashing is of a smaller percent of weaker people who were weak minded in the first place.

But unlike hitler, today's world is far more advanced in communication.

I believe the internet for trump did influence far more people than would have without it however. So, the internet is a two edged sword.
