ishay...

Thank you for the complement as well as your very thoughtful posts. IMO anyone who would accuse you of bashing is obviously not very comfortable with their investment...

To address a couple of your points:

First off, yes the cash reserve is an immediate issue being addressed. CYGX is currently rubbing elbows with many in the investment world and is beginning to be taken seriously. I would not be surprised to see an announcement of a substantial amount of equity financing raised by year's end(substantial being 10-15 Million).

Also, regarding cash flow, that is why Cyto is working out deals like this: "Phanuel is obligated to find an appropriate partner and complete all clinical and regulatory requirements at its own cost." -from the JM Dutton Report

I think people do need to maintain a focus more on the long term and not on worrying from day to day if news is coming out. If you have to have news coming out every 10 days to sustain your stock price then something is wrong IMO. That being said, the pps of CYGX is very nicely positioned for another run up IMO, and has held up well considering the absence of a PR since September 22nd.

Also it is VERY important to keep in mind the business plan of CYGX which does not mirror the business plan of many other biotechs. Cyto does not need to, nor do they plan on, carrying out drug development from A-Z. Once they have been able to successfully carry their topicals through a certain point of clinical trials, they optimistically will be able to sell the patent to a large Pharma with the deep pockets needed to carry the expression vector through to fruition. This is very important to remember IMO... Also, don't forget about the possibility of Fast-Track these days on treatments as well...

Likewise, do not discount what a stock can do on potential alone. Case in point, ISIS. If you have been a CYGX long for 3 years you have probably done some DD on ISIS as well. Not only do they have an inferior technology IMO(synthetic oligos v/s natural), but they have had failed human trials, had to go back to the drawing board, and their PPS is still currently over $6 and has been much higher...

This game of roulette is all about knowing where the marble will fall...and yes don't anyone kid yourself, any "new" technology is a gamble...but isn't that why we play the game...no one ever got rich without rolling the dice...

Is this stock being played by traders? Absolutely. But don't discount the value of networking and the word of mouth. For every 10 traders that buys some CYGX, if one becomes a long we win(I was one of those traders who became a long BTW). Besides that, traders bring volume(liquidity) and attention to a stock, something that can be a very good thing when it is so easy to be looked over in the world of the OTCs. I know for a fact that many traders who have begun to dig a little deeper with their DD have decided that they will hold at least a few shares just in case...I personally know a good deal of traders who are now longs... Every share they hold is a share taken off of the float...for a stock with approximately 90 Million shares outstanding, we have all been made aware at how swift this stock can move...a fact that can only be accounted for by longs holding a tighter and tighter grip on their shares...how else can you explain a stock that can hold over a %1600 gain in 6 months?!

I would call that a group of firm believers!!!

Thank you ishay for holding strong for the last three years, and I will see you in three more :)

PS...Once again I appreciate your post and I look forward to others...Its always nice to get as many different perspectives as possible...What better way to get a bead on the psyche of the CYGX investor than through educated discussion of issues of all nature?
