When giving a complete security analysis report I always paid strict attention to Rule #4

Don't contradict yourself

Translates to; make an obvious untruthful statement. If a person was a professional this can lead to loss of your job

Study line 3 "No one is stepping up and the market knows it"

Now check the second sentence in line #4. This is quite a laugh

"Insider sales". Wait Wait, here it comes

"Major dilution".

Now I ask, how can an insider sell OR Major dilution occur if line 3 was correct; "No one is stepping up and the market knows it"?

What we have hear is two statements. One MUST be false.

In my opinion every point is false.

Dilution always occurs in young companies until they can make Legal Sales / FDA Approvals and create earnings.
