JIM - am i right in this assumption

the article was about an affidavit that was prepared days before yesterdays hearing

I was under the impression based on the article ( windsor star ) that this was testified to at the hearing, but that is not necessarily the case?


so its not like the sulja attorneys didn't respond to the affidavit - we just don't know yet?

is this a fair assumption ???
