Look at the volume spike on 11/4/19 for 294M shares at .0001/2. That is not retail buying...it’s a coordinated share grab from insiders or a group. Then after that are a few additional big volume days out of the blue. Seen it before, text book front loading. Guesstimate that they bought $50k worth. Typically these players will want to walk away with $250K profit. You can do the math from there.
