They put out a tweet saying buyer beware , how much more careful can they be shown to be? They obviously do not want false info out there and do not want the company/stock pumped on false premises, so with that why would they allow the assumption of Ameca being merged into STHC if that were not happening.

If they are inclined to tweet buyer beware do you think they would hesitate to say that Ameca is no longer merging into STHC?
