I agree with you....GZFX has a good concept of a product and JF has denounced a R/S at these levels, but he has publicly stated that a R/S could happen at a higher PPS level. But as the PPS continues to plummet it appears that those higher levels that he was previously referring to, are not within the grasp of reality anynmore. He really only has 3 options for turning around the falling PPS.

1. Do a R/S

2. Continue to dilute the chit out of this, while simultaneously build the companies foundation and then perform a buyback once the PPS reaches the middle triple zero range. And then when he annouces the buyback, he will appear to be a saviour in the eyes of the average investor, when all along he is the culprit of the plummiting PPS.

3. Stop spending like a liberal Democrat (President Bush) and focus on the core business and build this before expanding to other areas. This alone will help the balance sheet and PPS.
