Very good news. “ The last price per share of the ARC common stock in a private transaction between ARC and third-party unrelated accredited investors is $4.00 per share” Sounds like a value of about $2.8mil. And by taking the shares instead of making a cash deal, who knows what they will be valued at in the future if ARC massively grows.
