BRPA and NRX do not have the patents. IMO they will have to deal with that and RLF shareholders including GEM. There are several law suits against NRX with implications of the High price paid and yet not controlling the RLF-100 rights. Will folks invest in the BRPA/NRX deal with just their PTSD drug? I think the jewel is the VIP RLF-100...GLTA...
