Of course it does. Some voters are less ignorant than others but nevertheless are still ignorant. Many voters have no idea how to decipher and sort out facts or connect the dots and I would call those voters stupid. See the difference? Many voters could vote for a particular candidate and have logical and proper reasons to vote for that particular candidate while others have no clue why they are voting for that same candidate. That's ignorance of the reasons why a voter voted a certain way. You really have to get over the word ignorance. It's not the pejorative you seem to think it is
