I’ve been there the Rotman store..it is freaking huge.

Too huge. Salesman said they walk miles a day just serving customers.

Overhead just to heat and light the place has got to be enormous.

Reducing the square footage and subsequent costs had to be done and probably should have been done years ago imo.
