Palaypu, Did the auditors give you a time frame when they expect to complete the audit? If Deloitte is your auditor, I would expect their estimate to be reasonably accurate.

Also, I would like to tell some of my friends about the stock but I am unclear why the financials have not been filed in the last 4 years. I am not sure what to tell them.
