It could be, but I didn't think OTCM was that attentive. The 90 day wait ends in 10 days so we'll find out.

Another possibility MIGHT be an attorney letter. One was filed on 11/15/20 that vouched for the 12/31/19 Annual report (among others) that was filed on 10/16/20.
But that 12/31/19 report was rendered inactive and replaced by a NEW 12/31/19 report on 12/29/20....AFTER the date of the attorney letter. They need a NEW attorney letter.

I think OTCM probably pays more attention to attorney letters than they do Form 15 waiting periods.
