The information regarding a transaction with Ecoscience was completely false. Actually before I heard about this press release I had never heard of that company and certainly there has been no communication with them. I did put out a tweet confirming that it was false and also answered a number of shareholder inquiries.



I have tried to contact the editor of the company that put out the release but there has been no response.
