thats a ton of balloon notes bruh. At this point I'll be happy to get out, .01 is a stretch IMO with the amount of debt due. They're borrowing to keep the business that doesnt exist exactly yet running., its my opinion for myself id rather break even and reload this in the trips... or post R/S super bottom. This is looking like a 2-3 year thing at this point. Just my thoughts and I'm not one to sit on my hands waiting for a turn around. lol, solid DD though. smdh
