Then by EOD friday, we could close with a bid, and get things moving forward.

But thats not where things would stall, or shouldnt stall.

Dan would have to release finanicials, buy-back the 20% or cancell it whatever he chooses. Then close skiershop, then evry other loi he surfaced, MUST BE CLOSED AND PR'd FOR THE WORLD TO SEE>

Thats what I would do, let the shareholders know i am a leader and man-up about things. Talk through press releases and let tthe masses know i am a man of my word....
