its wasn't a only tweet about .. it was in the 12/15/2020 year end PR. The docket is control exchange / finalize merger/ symbol change in that order... I think will all be complete by end of march.

Control Block exchanged by the 15th, Merger Completed by the 31st... Symbol Change FINRA by March 25th.
