Troy managed a powersport development team consisting of engineers,ideation, production and branding professionals whom together created 13 productswith extensive BOM’s from concept to finished goods. These products sold andsome still selling in the hundreds of thousands through big box channels such asCostco, Sears, Kmart and more, as well as direct to the consumer. Troy grew up infarming and manages farm operations for Smith Morgan farms. Troy will developand assist in the management of the Phyto Life Organics consumer product brand.
