There could have been mostly a lot of new money from the other guys who founded and started the new company that had nothing to do with MTVX, and who seeded and funded the start up of Phyto Life Organics from the beginning stages. Does that make any sense? But I'd like to think that we as shareholders of MTVX are still going to be holding a lot of value here when it comes down to how we get paid through the transition. But I do know one thing at least for certain... We will all defenitely benefit from any run up increasing value of our MTVX shares while they are still actively trading prior to any merger and share swap to the new shares.
