Maybe. For the (former) BMYRT holders to get anything in a settlement, bb2121 has to get FDA approval by 3/31/21; that’s only four days from the PDUFA date (#msg-158447827), so there’s no margin for error.

If bb2121 approval doesn’t happen by the 3/31/21 deadline, it makes the liso-cel delay moot and thereby kills any realistic chance for a settlement payout.
