I think they converted those cheap options yesterday so they could sell. Why not take advantage of the huge move up on no news. Plenty of volume to sell too. I'm guessing we'll see more Form 4 filings in the coming days about how they've sold. Who can blame them...I'd do the same thing if I had a bunch of shares in the .01's.
