What happened to the Block 30 Financial roadmap?

I’m waiting on explanation from Foote and the transition from Block 30 products to HUMBL products.
Did they rebrand because the other couldn’t get off the ground? No financing available so they ended up with George talking them into a reverse merger?

Foote may be an expert in all things blockchain but how smart is he taking the company public like this?
