Filings / price action is priority for watching paso for me. I’m trying to avoid social media platforms in general. Absolutely do not make trade decisions based on what is seen on social media...... but, I must admit..... I’m excited / hopeful for this one.

I know BRUCE WEITZBERG doesn’t have the best track record in the past; But, per filings earlier in 2020 paso taxes paid / was in good standing / the shell was solid. Loi still stands. The joint venture partners are mainly why I’m now here lol. Reverse merger shell and other entities / partners are main focus here.

Charges from years ago dropped / dismissed / resolved. Expecting officer changes / departure of Bruce from ceo role tbh.
