o.k., this is my honest assessment of this whole charade played on claimants waiting for a return from Safe Harbor, or wherever that has been bandied about all these years....now, don't get mad at me, because I am in the same rowboat with you guys, but here are some facts:

(1).....short sellers have been shorting coop at will, with no compunction of being caught at their game

(2) 91% of O/S are held closely by toots and insiders, mostly KKR, so where are the shares coming from to deliver to buyers of coop stock during this price rise?....hint: over 8% of O/S are short ( about 7 million)

(3)...if there were going to be a payout of these claims, would not the short sellers start to cover...? if they are hiding cheap shares as BBAN has suggested, would not they use them to cover before a tremendous price spike is expected due to FDIC closure, and Dimon making a final payment for the assets he got in WAMU receivership?

(4)...short selling hedge funds do not lose money, they know something, thats why they short into the highs in the stock price....they are feeding shares into coops rally with fake shares

(5)...IMO, settlement of claims is way far off, if ever...when we see shares of coop fall , that is a sign the short sellers are squaring their positions for the resolution of this chart 11 payout...they will not get caught holding the bag here with a huge short position, and IMO, they will not use cheap shares acquired at .60 cents to cover a stock that could sell for over 57 dollars (that is the price Nationstar was when Wmih acquired it....)...

(6) disclosure:... I hold coop stock long, and 195000 common escrows, and waiting too......Lodas
