I am pleased to see the next S1 Amendment filed today. I don't believe it has taken them very long since they received comments back from the SEC on the last amendment. Probably took a week and a half with Holiday down time in there. I would think there were not many comments, and likelihood of this amendment getting approved is high. I am not guaranteeing it will, but seems like they are on the right track and getting very close to going into effect.
I get everyone airing out there frustrations, there have definitely been things to get frustrated about. I have been here since March 2019, and I do not want to be let down again, as many of you fear will happen. But seems like to me we all want to get things going and desperately want to see this company succeed. I get why Clark wants to bash, he has a personal axe to grind with some on the board, and he makes money off this company when it doesn't succeed, so he tries to push that as much as possible. But I think when there is some good happening, we also need to acknowledge that. Yes an S1A is not a major event, but to me seems like something positive and is very welcome. I would like to hear from the company right now as well, and I am not knowledgeable enough to know the rules around a quiet period. But would be willing to bet that they want and are anxious to communicate with the shareholders. When we go into effect, I am sure we will see PR's with many updates, sharing updates on everything they have been working on and future plans. I feel like we are on the right track, and think if we can get this large deal closed in the next month, it will transform this company. I am hopeful we will not have to be patient much longer, just need the SEC to come through with an approval and we can take the next steps!
