Storytime today takes us on a wild and baffling trip back to the '90s, filled with revelations about a local inventor, media personality and treasure hunter named Jovan, a.k.a. J. Hutton Pulitzer, with a long and, erm, fascinating history in our fair city. Having once reached unprecedented levels of infamy by inventing the maligned CueCat, Pulitzer's since adopted a new moniker, developed some very interesting promotional material and currently appears on The History Channel's The Curse of Oak Island, Central Track reports.
