I can see that argument.

But it is uncertain as is the management of this company.

No one really knows what MDT is thinking.

Haven’t they paid for the IPR already so do they really need to buy the company?

Wasn’t it said by management they needed $100m more to get to point A. They only are about 1/3 there.

What happens when the overall market crashes? Which gets more likely everyday with the current extreme sentiment and valuations.

Generally when message boards are overly bullish like this one is now or overly bearish when this was at .25 things
change.

I am not trying to change anyone’s mind could care less just pointing out the obvious after being fairly quiet.
