agree when going after a company with no money,,,,but going after them personally is where the money is

That doesn't work either. As the company is responsible for the actions of its CEO. Kenny is running a legal scam. He has committed no crimes as an individual. Which means only the company can be sued, and GL on that. As stated many times, all of the PR pumps have plausible deniability built in. PMCB isn't responsible for the dreams of its SHs.
