Can you explain this statement?

Most drugs have a discernable weakness that competitors can use in counter-detailing. Orgovyx doesn’t seem to have one (unless you buy the “compliance” issue cited by ‘dewophile’), so I’m left wondering if there’s a chink in the armor that we’re overlooking.
