As far as I can tell, they are couple of people from Canada who run a free penny stock newsletter. They seem to be somewhat accurate in their predictions on NR's and have been throwing out W's in their stock selections also. They gave out AQWF about 3 months ago at .60-.80, and it know trades at around $2.50.

Like everything out here on the internet, take it with a grain of salt. Look at what they throw out, do your own DD and go from there and make your own decisions. They use some stock trading program that they make reference to on their website that has been successful for them.

Whether they have some sort of inside contact to get this info reported here, its anybodys guess. Like I said, they are not batting 1000, but have been pretty accurate in the timing of when they think NR's are on the way. Use the info how ever you wish. Only you will be able to decide for yourself whether they are credible or not, but so far in my experiences with them, they have only helped increase the value of my small portfolio, and for that I am most grateful to them. I'm not very knowledgable in finding these little gems such as we have here, but love to trade stocks, so I listen to what they say, decide whether I like their picks or not and go from there, and so far it has worked for me.
