Unfortunately class action lawsuits rarely work out except for the lawyers. And guess who is the company lawyer- Kenny!

Go back, and review the PRs you remember as events that created a lot of excitement on the forum. Everyone of them had statements of plausible deniability built in. Where Kenny left it up to the imagination and speculation of SHs to fill in the blanks.

Example: 04-Feb-19 Crabtree yaps about what an "open IND" would mean:

There follows months of speculation about who was going to acquire PMCB (still ongoing), and make everyone a zillionaire. Then in Sep the one and only SH meeting. Kenny "smiles" as he tells some, he's going to Chicago on a business trip. Immediately SHs are searching for which large pharmas are in the greater Chicago area. Forgetting that Kenny never mentioned what the business trip was about, or whether it even concerned PMCB. Is it Kenny's fault that he "smiled"? Certainly not illegal.

There are countless examples for this scam.
