If this company had viable battery technology that came anywhere close to its claims, it would not be handing over equity ownership to the bagholders of a non-reporting, stinky pink stock. That would be dumb. If it were viable, it would have become a subsidiary of Tesla years ago.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
