I dont think the illegal shares are an issue anymore. Problem seems rectified based on the 10-Q.

No share buyback, no cancellation of shares. It does not say that in the 10-Q or the 8-K but it also doesnt say there will be a share buyback or share cancellation.

Read the filings like Noob said.
