Oops just remembered the add'l shares from the offering. That was 39.7mil shares + 6mil add'l broker option to buy from. That's
45mil share increase from what was outstanding.
About 15% dilution hit shareholders take.
Offered at $6.50 if memory serves. Stock doubled from there.
And now Overextended.
