Actually it was a real issue with an intranasal flu vaccine developed in Switzerland ???? 20 yrs ago, prompting withdrawal of the vaccine but that made more sense. Not sure yet if BP link to mRNA is real, but still quite rare: getting my 2nd dose in 2 wks https://nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa030595
