$QS MCap is $40 Billion & they will go into commercialization by 2025, while ZapGo $COUV will begin commercialization by 2021 with their Agent batteries so I would say that ZapGo should definitely be worth $1-2B which should put us at $2-5 range after the OS change to 370M as the company is working to apply the reduction of 89M shares form the OS currently.

I think one of the key reasons for this second time OS reduction is to get a tighter Float to help with the NASDAQ uplist plan in 2021 and get to the $2-5 range easily.
