Even using BOB's example of $6M....how much of a tightwad must you be to quibble over $60K when you'll be getting $5.94M with no delays.

This all stems from the fallacy that the UW's were not eligible to be in Class 19....that's false since they were placed into that class along with the PQ and KQ.

Where the argument can be made is whether their 1% entitles them to receive more than their original $72M claim if >$10B comes back.

Funny how it's not an issue if Pref holders receive multiples in value if say $20B..$30B..$40B etc comes back but if that specific class member also does...cue the outrage.
