Have a couple people have horribly critical adverse effects, or die, and that'd drive the PPS down. Or some critical manufacturing issue. Plenty can still go wrong.

But they already have up to $24B+ in committed purchases. And growing. Pretty stellar for a company with no previous product brought to market.
