Usually when your starting out with new dealer/distributor startups, the first year or two contracts favor more profit for the dealer/distributors ( product discounts, etc...) to ensure their success to be able to provide more profits later on. This allows for a whole network success. We don’t know what contracts were signed between them but profit will come! JMO
