OTC markets is slow, they don;t staff a ton of people and really don't care about the companies, they just care about protecting themselves from lawsuits and collecting their fees.

OTC markets doesn;t need to file anything, they need to actually review and application and verify the info is correct for a change in ownership before granting access to the profile to Mark.

The company itself uploads the filings when they have access.

I really feel people have little understanding of how all of these processes work and more so how MM;s and trading tends to work on the OTC
