For starters, off the Top of my head


Daily at least a week before Covid19:
50 mg organic/chelated Zinc

Min 10,000 IU Vit-D-3 daily.

Once you have symptoms:

Life Extension 5-LOX Cox2 inhibitor

Mega Methyl-B12 (bio-active, it is new)

Life Extension Optimized Ashwagandha

Liposomal Vit C, 600 mg/day

Mega B-1

Phytosomal Curcumin
