are we 100% sure its a merger, theres no hint towards one. BUT there is major indication that NECA will be a holding company that will be aquiring cash possitive companies in varies sectors...

NECA could possible have bought MDEX, Voycare, etc as their holdings, thus instantly bringing value into this stock since both those stocks are indeed publicly trading.
