Exactly. Someone else posted on here about the Florida housing market also being smoking hot. Well, those fees (All of them)that the GSE's charge are a percentage of the loan value. So just like buying the house at a higher price makes your tax bill bigger, so to will the fees be more. So the guesstimates I've seen on here for fee income could be kind of, or quite a bit low.
