Here is what he stated

“No, if the share purchase or cash merger doesn’t occur in one week, we file another class action against LCY, Visolis, PwC and Bioamber for bankruptcy fraud.”

Then went on to say this after

“I don’t think it will come to that, but after everything that transpired, shareholders should be prepared for anything.”

I think it’s funny that his first one was right to a class action lol
