The guy is asking you to believe that a second transaction dwarfing the first was put into an NDA. If so, it wouldn’t be called an NDA, it would be an APA or similar. He has no answers, truly. Only “quick questions” that when answered just get back into the queue to be place again at a later date as if it’s a new discovery.

I hope as this week passes with nothing and then the month and then the year etc that folks will realize that the guys explaining this aren’t the real “bad guys”.
