"meaningful progress"- on monday, azrack finally rubber-stamped the settlement as has been anticipated for the past year. that was perfunctory. i see no other evidence of "meaningful progress"- and there has been plenty of time to tee up the second transaction once the class action hurdle was cleared. where are the subsequent corporate actions and what gives you confidence in "meaningful progress"?
